At Kanyon we believe the lessons of the past should not be forgotten, they should be used to create even better projects in the future. Since being founded at the beginning of 2021 Kanyon has been involved in the development and construction of over 44 single family homes, more than 300 multifamily units and 30,000 + sf of light industrial and commercial space.
Jeremy Krause
Jeremy is the Manger and Owner of Kanyon Construction. Jeremy has spent his entire career in the construction industry starting at a very young age. For the last 10 years he has worked as a superintendent, Project Manager and Project Executive for 2 large Developer Builders on the Wasatch Front. He has been involved with the development and construction of over 1,800 multifamily units, 50+ single family homes and 200,000 + sf of commercial office and light industrial. Total construction value over $400m.
Passing It On
Jeremy also enjoys teaching as adjunct faculty at the University of Utah in the Master’s of Real Estate Development program. He recently completed his 8th year teaching there and loves to be a part of teaching and getting to know the next wave of great real estate professionals.
Education
Jeremy holds a B.S in Marketing from Weber State University and a Masters degree in Real Estate Development from the Eccles School of Business at the University of Utah.
